Operations Intern
Internship, Gurugram
A plan on Wigle is only real if people agree to it and then actually meet. This internship is the work between those two moments, in Gurugram. You will be in the office, talking to the people who host things and the people who show up.
What you will do
- Keep what we say about an experience accurate, from the time and the place to who it is for.
- Follow up when a plan is stuck, a group is short, or something we published is wrong.
- Talk to hosts and venues, and write down what you learned so the next plan is better.
- Notice a problem before the group does.
What you need
- You are organised, and you can show that with something you have run or kept on track.
- You can write a clear message and make a phone call.
- You are comfortable talking to people you have not met.
- You can be in the Gurugram office for the internship.

About Wigle
Wigle starts from a simple belief. Every city is already full of the right people for you. The difficult part is not another feed of everything happening nearby. It is meeting them in real life, and the best way to do that is to do something together first.
We are building the platform for those real-life social experiences, and we are launching in Gurugram. A plan, a time, a small group, the same part of the city. The people come with the plan.
This is a founding-team-adjacent role. You will work directly with the people building the company, on the work itself, not inside a department that sits apart from the product.
