These Terms of Service and End User Licence Agreement (Terms) are a binding legal agreement between you and Cool Shit LLP. They apply when you use the Wigle mobile application, visit www.wigle.in, or use any other service we provide (together, the Services).
By creating an account or using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.
These Terms incorporate, and you also agree to, each of the following:
our Privacy Policy - www.wigle.in/privacy
our Community Guidelines - www.wigle.in/community-guidelines
2. Definitions
Cool Shit LLP, we, us, our - Cool Shit LLP, LLPIN ACV-7595.
Wigle - our brand and platform, comprising the Wigle mobile application, www.wigle.in, and any related service.
Services - everything we make available through Wigle.
User, you - any person who accesses the Services, whether registered or not.
Member - a User who has created an account.
Plan - a public event, activity or occasion happening in the real world, such as a concert, match, festival, screening, exhibition or club night, listed on Wigle so that Members can find others going to it. A Plan is organised, promoted and run by a third party, not by Cool Shit LLP and not by any Member.
Organiser - the third party responsible for a Plan: the promoter, venue, artist, ticketing company or other person putting on the event. An Organiser has no relationship with Cool Shit LLP unless we say so in writing.
Experience - a group of Members going to a Plan together, created on Wigle by a Leader. There may be many Experiences attached to a single Plan. An Experience is a way of finding company for an event. It is not the event, and it is not a ticket to the event.
Leader - the Member who creates an Experience from a Plan. A Leader decides who joins and may remove an Attendee. A Leader is not the Organiser of the Plan and has no authority over it.
Attendee - a member accepted into an Experience by its Leader, or added as a Plus-One.
Plus-One - a person added to an Experience by an existing Attendee rather than approved directly by the Leader.
Friend - a Member with whom you have a mutual connection on Wigle, which enables private messaging between you.
Cost per person - the amount, stated by the Leader in the Cost per person field of an Experience, that each Attendee is expected to contribute toward the Experience's own costs.
Your Content - anything you create, upload, post or share on the Services.
Our Content - everything on the Services that is not Your Content or another Member's content.
Prohibited Content - has the meaning given in Section 8.
3. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. Notice of any material change will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We may also notify you by email, in-app notification, or other means; however, you are responsible for regularly checking this page for changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, your continued access to or use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your consent to the change, and you will be legally bound by the updated Terms. If you do not accept a change, you must stop using the Services immediately and may delete your account.
4. Who may use Wigle
To use the Services you must be, and you represent and warrant that you are:
an individual - not a company, LLP, partnership or other business entity;
a resident of India. Wigle is currently offered only in India and is intended solely for users located in India;
at least 18 years of age;
legally competent to enter into a binding contract with Cool Shit LLP under the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
not prohibited by any applicable law from using the Services;
not a person who has committed, been convicted of, or pleaded guilty or no contest to any offence involving violence, the threat of violence, sexual misconduct, or any offence against a child;
not the holder of any other Wigle account; and
not a person we have previously removed from the Services, unless you have our express written permission to create a new account.
Each of these is a continuing representation. If any stops being true, you must stop using the Services and tell us.
We do not verify these matters and we rely on what you tell us. A false representation under this Section is a material breach.
5. What Wigle is
Wigle helps you find good things happening in your city, and the people going to them.
A Plan is something happening - a concert, a match, a festival. Someone else is putting it on. Wigle lists it so you can see it.
An Experience is a group of Members going to that Plan together, created by a Leader. One concert might have five Experiences attached to it: five separate groups going to the same show.
5.1 How messaging works
Wigle deliberately limits who can message you:
Within an Experience - you can message the group once the Leader has accepted you, or once an Attendee has added you as a Plus-One.
Privately - you can message a Member directly only if you are Friends.
Leaders - you may message the Leader of an Experience about that Experience, whether or not you are Friends, while it is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.
You cannot send unsolicited private messages to strangers on Wigle. This is a deliberate design choice.
5.2 What Wigle is not
Cool Shit LLP does not organise, promote, host, run, supervise, inspect, endorse, insure, sponsor or take part in any Plan or any Experience.
We are an intermediary within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We are not an event organiser, promoter, ticketing agent, travel agent, payment service, dating service, or event management company.
5.3 We are not connected to any Organiser
Plans refer to real events by name so that you can identify them. This is for identification only. It does not mean the Organiser, artist, performer, team, venue or brand is associated with Wigle, has approved Wigle, or has any relationship with us. All names, marks and logos belong to their owners.
6. Your account
You must give accurate information when you register and keep it current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
You agree to:
maintain a strong, unique password and take reasonable steps to keep your login details secure;
tell us immediately at support@wigle.in if you suspect anyone else has accessed your account;

use metatags, code or other devices referring to Wigle or Cool Shit LLP to direct anyone to another website.
7.5 Content and platform integrity
You must not:
post or share Prohibited Content;
copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from content belonging to other Members or to us, without written consent;
state or imply that anything you say is endorsed by Wigle;
submit a report about another Member that is false, misleading or manifestly unfounded, or otherwise abuse our reporting or appeals systems;
encourage, promote or agree with anyone to do any of the above.
The licence granted to you under these Terms is automatically revoked if you do any of the above.
8. Prohibited Content
You must not upload, post or share content that:
is obscene, pornographic, or contains nudity, or otherwise offends human dignity;
sexually exploits or endangers a child in any way, including child sexual abuse material, the sexualisation of a minor, or grooming;
shows the image or likeness of another person without their consent, or shows a minor;
is abusive, insulting, threatening or discriminatory, or promotes racism, casteism, communal hatred, sexism or bigotry;
could reasonably be expected to harass, upset, alarm or humiliate another person;
is defamatory, libellous or untrue;
is illegal, or encourages or facilitates illegal activity, including terrorism, human trafficking, money muling, drug dealing, or incitement to violence or hatred;
encourages or facilitates harm to any person, including promotion of self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, dangerous challenges or harmful misinformation;

infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
was not written by you, or was generated automatically, unless we have expressly authorised it;
is inconsistent with the intended use of the Services.
Sharing Prohibited Content may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.
9. Child safety - what you must do
Wigle is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Nobody under 18 may use the Services, attend an Experience, or be added as a Plus-One.
9.1 If you think a Member is under 18
You must:
stop communicating with them immediately;
not meet them, and not allow them to attend an Experience you lead or attend;
report them at once using the in-app report function, selecting the child safety reason; and
not ask them for photographs, personal information or contact details of any kind.
This applies whether or not you are certain. If you have a reasonable suspicion, disengage and report. You will never be penalised for a good-faith report that turns out to be mistaken.
9.2 Absolute prohibitions
You must never:
engage in sexual communication of any kind with a person you know or suspect to be under 18;
request, send or share sexual content involving a minor;
arrange or attempt to arrange to meet a person you know or suspect to be under 18;
groom, solicit, or attempt to build a relationship with a minor for any sexual purpose;
share, promote or link to child sexual abuse material in any form, including drawn, animated or AI-generated material;
assist any person under 18 in creating or accessing an account.
9.3 Consequences
Any breach of this Section results in immediate and permanent termination, without warning and without appeal. We will preserve the relevant records and report the matter to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and, where applicable, to the police under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and Section 67B of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Continuing to communicate with a person you know or suspect to be a minor is itself a breach of these Terms, whatever the content of the conversation.
10. Content - yours and ours
10.1 You keep what you create
You retain ownership of the photographs, videos, text and other content you create and share on Wigle. Nothing in these Terms takes away your rights to it.
10.2 The licence you give us
To operate the Services, we need your permission to use Your Content. You grant Cool Shit LLP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, publicly display, distribute and create derivative works of Your Content, solely to operate, provide, secure and improve the Services, and consistent with your privacy settings.
For example, this is what lets us store your photograph, show it on your profile, and display it to Members you have chosen to be visible to.
This licence ends when Your Content is deleted from our systems, except that content you shared with others may remain in their copy, and we may retain material where required by law, for the investigation of a report, or in backups for the periods stated in our Privacy Policy.
We will not use your name, photograph or your activity on Wigle in advertising or sponsored content.
10.3 Our content
All other content on the Services - software, design, text, graphics, interfaces, trade marks, logos, artwork and images - is owned, controlled or licensed by Cool Shit LLP and protected by intellectual property law. All right, title and interest in it remains with us at all times.
11. End User Licence
11.1 Licence grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Cool Shit LLP grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to download and install one copy of the Wigle app on a mobile device that you own or control, to run that copy, and to access Our Content, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This is a licence, not a sale. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Cool Shit LLP.
11.2 What you may not do with the app
You must not, and must not permit or enable anyone else to:
modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the app or any part of the Services;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish or otherwise transfer the app or your licence to it;
remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice in the app;
copy the app, except as necessary for ordinary use and for reasonable backup; or
use the app to build a competing or substantially similar product or service.
11.3 Updates
We may issue updates, patches and new versions of the app from time to time. Some updates are necessary for the Services to function or to remain secure, and your device may install them automatically depending on your device settings. This licence covers each update, unless an update is supplied with its own terms, in which case those terms apply to it. We may stop supporting older versions of the app without notice.
11.4 No obligation to support or maintain
We are not obliged to provide support, maintenance, training, updates or error correction for the app, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of it at any time.
11.5 Third-party and open-source components
The app includes software licensed to us by third parties, including open-source components. Those components are supplied under their own licence terms, which are made available in the app or on request at support@wigle.in, and which prevail over this Section to the extent of any conflict. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights, or expands ours, under an applicable open-source licence.
11.6 If you obtained the app from an app store
Where you download the app from the Apple App Store, Google Play or any other distribution platform (each an App Store), you also agree to that App Store's terms, and the following apply:
this licence is between you and Cool Shit LLP only, and not with the App Store; Cool Shit LLP alone is responsible for the app and its content;
the App Store has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app;
if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the App Store, which may refund the purchase price, if any; beyond that refund, the App Store has no warranty obligation of any kind in respect of the app;
the App Store is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the app, including any claim as to product liability, failure to conform to a legal requirement, or arising under consumer protection or privacy law;
the App Store is not responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement or discharge of any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights;
you represent that you are not located in a country subject to an embargo imposed by the government of India or, where the App Store's terms so require, of the United States, and that you are not named on any restricted-party list maintained by either; and
Apple Inc. and Google LLC, as applicable, and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Section 11.6 and may enforce it against you.
11.7 Reservation of rights
The app and the Services are licensed, not sold. Cool Shit LLP and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the app, the Services and Our Content, including all intellectual property rights in them, subject only to the limited licence granted in Section 11.1.
11.8 Duration and termination of the licence
This licence terminates automatically, and without notice, on the earlier of your breach of these Terms or the termination or deletion of your account. On termination you must immediately stop using the app and delete all copies of it from your devices. Sections 11.2, 11.5 and 11.7 survive termination of this licence.
11. Reporting, moderation and enforcement
We do not tolerate inappropriate content or misconduct on Wigle, whether it happens on or off the Services.
11.1 How to report
Open the profile or the content in question and select Report. Reporting a Member also blocks them: they can no longer message you, see your profile, or find you on the Services.
11.2 What we do
We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts. We may act on information from any source, including our own detection. Reports involving child safety, threats of violence, or non-consensual intimate imagery are treated as urgent and acted on immediately.
We may retain records of reports, including messages and images, for investigation, safety and compliance with law.
Our process, timeframes and appeal route are set out in the Community Guidelines and the Grievance Redressal Policy.
11.3 No obligation to monitor
We are an intermediary. We do not initiate, select the receiver of, or modify the information transmitted through the Services.
We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, review, screen or moderate content. Our right to remove content or terminate accounts is a right, not a duty, and choosing not to act in one case does not waive our right to act in another. Nothing in these Terms makes us responsible for content created by Members, or for the conduct of any Member on or off the Services.
12. Plans, Experiences and meeting offline
This is the most important section of these Terms.
12.1 We make no promise about any Plan
Information about a Plan - date, time, venue, line-up, price, age limit, availability - comes from the Organiser or from public sources. We do not verify it, and it may be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
We give no guarantee and accept no liability for:
whether a Plan takes place at all, or takes place as described;
cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or a change of venue, line-up or timing;
the quality, safety, legality or suitability of a Plan;
the conduct of the Organiser, the venue, or anyone else present;
anything you suffer or lose at a Plan.
Your relationship for a Plan is with its Organiser, under the Organiser's own terms. You are responsible for reading and complying with them, and for taking any complaint to the Organiser. We cannot assist with a refund, cancellation or dispute concerning an event we did not run.
12.2 An Experience is not a ticket
Joining an Experience does not get you into the Plan.
Cool Shit LLP does not sell, supply, reserve, allocate or guarantee tickets or entry to any Plan. Every Attendee is responsible for obtaining their own ticket or entry from the Organiser or an authorised seller, and for meeting every condition of entry - age limits, dress codes, identification, prohibited items.
If you cannot get in, that is a matter between you and the Organiser.
12.3 Money between Members
12.3.1 Never for tickets or entry
A Leader must not collect money from Attendees for a ticket or entry to a Plan, and must not buy, sell, resell, supply, reserve or arrange tickets for anyone else.
Every Attendee buys their own ticket.
This is not negotiable. Collecting money for tickets is the most common fraud on platforms like ours, and reselling tickets is in many cases unlawful. Doing it is a serious breach and may be a criminal offence.
12.3.2 Sharing the cost of the Experience is allowed
Where an Experience has its own costs - food, drinks, a venue contribution, a cab split, materials - Attendees may share those costs between themselves, provided:
the amount is stated in the Cost per person field before anyone joins. If the Experience is free, that field must say so. A Leader must not ask any Attendee for money beyond the amount stated in that field, for any reason, at any time, including on the day;
the amount does not exceed the actual cost per head. Cost-sharing means splitting what was genuinely spent. Collecting more than you spend means you are running a commercial event, which is not permitted under Section 7.3 and carries tax, licensing and food-safety obligations;
the Experience is not a business. You may not use Wigle to run ticketed events, sell access, promote a venue or brand, or generate income;
nobody is pressured. A Member who decides not to attend owes nothing.
The Cost per person field is binding on the Leader. Asking for anything above it is a breach of these Terms and is reportable.
12.3.3 Alcohol and food where money changes hands
Be careful here. In several Indian States, serving alcohol at a gathering where you have collected money from guests can amount to sale of alcohol without a licence, even in a private home. Serving food for money can trigger food-safety registration requirements.
If your Experience involves alcohol or food and money is changing hands, it is your responsibility to check the law in your State and to hold whatever licence or permit is required.
12.3.4 Our position
Cool Shit LLP is not a party to any payment between Members.
We do not receive, hold, process, escrow, verify, guarantee or refund money passing between Members. Where the Services record that a payment has been made, we are recording what a Member has told us, and nothing more.
We accept no liability for money paid to a Member who provides nothing in return; a ticket that turns out to be invalid; a Plan or Experience cancelled after you have paid; a contribution exceeding the actual cost; or any dispute, shortfall or bad debt between Members.
Any money you send another Member is at your own risk. Send it only to people you know and trust, only for costs disclosed in advance, and never for a ticket. If a Member asks you for money for a ticket, or takes money and does not deliver, report it immediately.
12.4 If you lead an Experience
You are not the Organiser of the Plan and have no authority over it. You are responsible for the Experience - the group you created and anything it does beyond the Plan itself.
You represent and undertake that:
everything the Experience involves is lawful under the laws of India and of the State and locality where it happens;
where the Experience includes anything beyond attending the Plan - a meal, drinks beforehand, a gathering at a home or private venue, transport you arrange, an after-party - you hold every licence, permit, consent and permission that activity requires, including venue permission, permission for a gathering, and any excise permit where alcohol is involved;
everything you publish about the Experience is accurate and not misleading, including what it involves, where and when the group meets, the Cost per person, and who may join;
you have not represented that you can supply tickets or entry to the Plan;
you will not knowingly admit anyone under 18. Every Experience on Wigle is an 18+ gathering, regardless of the Plan's own age limit;
you will comply with the excise law of the relevant State if alcohol is involved, including the legal drinking age in that State, and will permit no controlled or illegal substance;
you will not photograph, film or record any Attendee without their knowledge, and will not publish images of Attendees without their consent;
you will not refuse or remove anyone on the ground of religion, caste, race, sex, place of birth, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity;
you will cancel the Experience in the app as early as reasonably possible if you cannot go ahead. Repeatedly failing to appear at your own Experience without cancelling may result in removal from the Services.
12.5 If you attend an Experience
You attend at your own risk and on your own judgement. You are responsible for your own ticket, transport, belongings, safety and conduct.
You agree to follow the Leader's reasonable safety instructions, comply with the Organiser's and the venue's rules, respect other Attendees, leave when asked, and not photograph or record anyone without consent.
12.6 Plus-Ones
If you add a Plus-One, you are responsible for them. You represent that they are at least 18, that you know them personally, and that you have no reason to believe they present a risk to anyone. You are accountable to the Leader and to other Attendees for their conduct, and their breach may result in action against your account as well as theirs.
A Leader may remove any Plus-One at any time, for any reason.
12.7 Release
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Cool Shit LLP, its Designated Partners, partners, employees and agents from all claims, demands, damages, losses and liabilities of every kind - known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen - arising out of or in any way connected with any Plan, any Experience, any offline meeting, or your interactions with any other Member or with any Organiser, whether online or in person.
12.8 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cool Shit LLP, its Designated Partners, partners, employees and agents against any claim, proceeding, loss, liability, damage, penalty, fine, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
a Plan you attended, or an Experience you created, led, joined or attended;
your failure to obtain any required ticket, licence, permit or permission;
money you took from, or paid to, another Member;
your breach of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or any applicable law;
your conduct toward any Member, Organiser, venue or other person, on or off the Services;
any content you posted;
any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person in connection with your acts or omissions.
This survives termination of your account.
13. No background checks, no verification
COOL SHIT LLP DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS OR IDENTITY VERIFICATION ON ITS MEMBERS.
We verify that a Member controls a working mobile number. We do not verify that any Member is who they claim to be, that their photographs are of them, or that anything on their profile is true.
WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY AS TO THE CONDUCT, IDENTITY, AGE, HEALTH, PHYSICAL CONDITION, INTENTIONS, BACKGROUND, LEGITIMACY OR TRUTHFULNESS OF ANY MEMBER.
We reserve the right - and you authorise us - to carry out screening or checks against publicly available records at any time, and to use information you have provided for that purpose. We are under no obligation to do so, and if we do, it does not make us responsible for any Member's conduct.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS. No tool or check we operate guarantees your safety or substitutes for your own precautions. Communications you receive through the Services, including automated notifications, may come from people using Wigle for improper purposes, including fraud, abuse and harassment.
14. Safety tools are not emergency services
Wigle may offer safety features, including an SOS function that helps you contact emergency services or a contact you have chosen.
These features are not an emergency service and are not monitored by us. Cool Shit LLP does not receive, answer or respond to SOS activations, and does not dispatch help. The feature depends on your device, your network, your battery and third-party services, any of which may fail.
In an emergency, call 112 directly. Do not rely on any feature of the Services to summon help. We accept no liability for any failure of a safety feature to operate.
15. Paid features
Wigle is currently free to use and we do not process payments.
We may introduce paid features, subscriptions or in-app purchases in future. If we do, they will be processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or a payment gateway, and our Refund and Payments Policy will apply. We will give you notice before any charge can apply. This Section does not affect Section 12.3, which governs money between Members.
16. Third parties
The Services may contain links, references or advertisements relating to third-party websites, venues, Organisers or services. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their availability, content, products or conduct. If you deal with a third party, their terms govern that relationship.
17. Suspension, termination and deletion
17.1 By you
You may delete your account at any time: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account, or at www.wigle.in/delete-account. Our Account Deletion Policy explains what happens to your data.
17.2 By us
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or the Community Guidelines; if we are required to by law or by a competent authority; if your account is inactive for more than 24 months; or if we discontinue the Services.
17.3 Effect
On termination your licence ends immediately and you must stop using the Services. Sections 10.2 (to the extent stated), 12.3.4, 12.7, 12.8, 13, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 survive.
18. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any content on them - including content posted by Members and information about Plans - is accurate, lawful or reliable.
Wigle is under active development. We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time without notice or liability. Features may be incomplete or may not work as intended.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cool Shit LLP, its Designated Partners, partners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of the total amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹5,000.
20. Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021:
Grievance Officer:

Email: support@wigle.in
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 IST, excluding public holidays
The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and dispose of it within 15 days, giving reasons for any action or inaction. Complaints about content that exposes a person's private area, shows full or partial nudity, depicts a sexual act, or involves impersonation including morphed images will be actioned within 24 hours.
21. Governing law, disputes and arbitration
